Welcome to the Electronic General Meeting of Shareholders Platform (the “E-RUPS Platform”) of PT Indosat Tbk (the “Company”). By using the E-RUPS Platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.

A. Introduction

The Company has developed the E-RUPS Platform to enable the implementation and management of General Meetings of Shareholders (the “GMS”) electronically.

The E-RUPS Platform aims to facilitate: (i) the Company in recording the shareholders data, calculating quorum for GMS attendance and counting votes during GMS; and (ii) shareholders who attend in person to register, ask questions, and cast their vote during the GMS.

B. Procedure for Using the E-RUPS Platform

1. Shareholder Registration on the E-RUPS Platform
1. Shareholders who may register are those whose names are recorded in the Company's Shareholder Register 1 (one) business day prior to the GMS invitation as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation.
2. There are 2 (two) classifications of shareholders who may register, namely: (i) individual shareholders; and (ii) corporate shareholders. Each category of shareholders has different registration requirements for attending the GMS, as outlined in the GMS rules available on the Company's website.
3. Shareholders who have undergone verification process and are approved to attend the GMS by the Company will be provided with a username and password to access the E-RUPS Platform.
2. Submission of Questions and Voting by Shareholders
1. Verified shareholders may submit questions and cast votes through the E-RUPS Platform by entering the username and password provided by the Company. The mechanism for submitting questions and voting is outlined in the GMS rules available on the Company's website.
2. Shareholders can modify their questions or votes while the time for submitting questions and voting is still open.

The E-RUPS Platform also provides shareholders with access to the materials for the agenda items of the GMS.

C. Confidentiality of Information and Data Storage

The Company guarantees the confidentiality and security of all shareholder data and information recorded during the registration process, including the voting results of shareholders on the E-RUPS Platform. All data and information on the E-RUPS Platform will be stored in the Company's data center, which uses the Company's network and has security and reliability certifications as required by applicable regulations.

Access to the data center of the E-RUPS Platform will be limited to authorized employees of the Company and other authorized representatives e.g. capital market support professions who hold valid permits under applicable regulations (if necessary).

All shareholder data will be retained by the Company for a maximum of 35 (thirty five) calendar days after the GMS is held for the purpose of preparing necessary documentation after GMS. After this period, all shareholders data will be deleted from the E-RUPS Platform.

D. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the E-RUPS Platform

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any services or features, as well as the terms and conditions of this E-RUPS Platform at any time and without prior notice.

E. DISCLAIMER

The E-RUPS Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the E-RUPS Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses, and does not guarantee that access to the E-RUPS Platform will always be available without disruption or technical issues.

The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the E-RUPS Platform, including but not limited to damages caused by errors, interruptions, delays, or system failures, as well as damages arising from the reliability or inaccuracies of information provided through the E-RUPS Platform.
